Embraer Signs New Pool Program Agreements Across Three Continents
At the Paris Air Show, Embraer announced a series of strategic service agreements under its Components Pool Program, partnering with leading carriers across Australia, Europe, and Asia. These deals reinforce Embraer’s commitment to keeping E-Jet and ERJ fleets operating at peak performance with cost-effective, OEM-backed support.

Virgin Australia Prepares for E190-E2 Entry
Embraer and Virgin Australia have signed a multi-year contract for Embraer’s Component Pool Program. The airline will be supported by Embraer on a wide range of component exchanges and repair services for the eight E190-E2 that will soon enter Virgin Australia’s fleet. Through the program, airlines can tap into Embraer’s technical expertise and significant component repair service provider network, while minimizing their upfront investment in high-value repairable inventories and resources.
“The E190-E2 will deliver greater efficiency and reliability to our regional fleet. Joining Embraer’s Pool Program strengthens that advantage, giving us robust maintenance support at our new, purpose-built hangar at Perth Airport,” says Alistair Hartley, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Virgin Australia Group.
“Virgin Australia and Embraer are working very closely as we advance toward the E190-E2’s entry into service. Through this program, Virgin Australia will gain access to Embraer’s global network and world-class service offerings. The Pool Program is part of Embraer’s comprehensive support solutions, and will ensure the readiness of Virgin Australia’s E190-E2 fleet and allow the airline to fully leverage the E190-E2’s fuel-efficiency, performance and reliability,” says Carlos Naufel, CEO and President, Embraer Services & Support.
New Support Partnerships in Europe and Asia
Air Montenegro, already operating two E195s and adding a third, joined the Pool Program under a multi-year deal covering its entire fleet. The airline sees the partnership as essential for meeting safety and operational goals during its expansion.

“Although our cooperation with Embraer has been long and successful, we believe its peak is yet to come. The continued development of Air Montenegro and the modernisation of our fleet will open new possibilities to deepen our partnership and achieve common goals in the areas of safety, innovation, and service excellence,” says Tihomir Dragaš, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air Montenegro.
“With the valuable support and close cooperation of Embraer, we are proud to have introduced another aircraft into the Montenegrin fleet. This milestone reflects not only our strong partnership with the manufacturer, but also our shared commitment to enhancing safety and operational standards for the benefit of our passengers and crew. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Embraer for their continued dedication and support throughout our long-standing partnership,” says Vukadin Stojanović, CEO of Air Montenegro.

Mongolian carrier Hunnu Air also joined the Pool Program to support the integration of two E195-E2 aircraft. With this agreement, the Mongolian airline will receive support for a wide range of repairable components for its two E195-E2s joining its fleet. “By joining Embraer’s Pool Program, we are taking a strategic step to ensure seamless integration of the E195-E2 into our fleet. This partnership provides access to a comprehensive support network, allowing us to minimise aircraft downtime. It is a critical enabler for our mission to deliver exceptional service across our expanding network,” said Munkhjargal Purevjal, CEO of Hunnu Air.
Amelia Extends Long-Standing Relationship
France’s Amelia, operated by the Regourd Aviation Group, has signed an expanded services agreement that includes Pool Program support for its new E190s leased from CDB Aviation, along with continued support for its ERJ fleet.

In partnership with CDB Aviation and Embraer, the French airline aims to develop the 100-seater market and fill the 100-seat gap in its fleet, with the E-Jets perfectly sizing between the 50-seaters ERJs and larger narrowbodies. Besides the two E-190 jets, the ERJ fleet currently in service by Amelia continues in operation and supported by the Embraer Pool, as it has been since 2010.
Besides the Pool Services contract, the Embraer team is also providing the required support for the introduction of the E-Jets fleet, including a robust entry into service process, customised publications, training for technical and operations teams, and EFB and desktop applications like ePerf, eWB, and Inflight Performance Software.
Carlos Naufel, President and CEO of Embraer Services & Support, commented: “Each of these agreements reflects our dedication to supporting airlines with flexible, cost-efficient solutions. Our global services ecosystem is built to deliver maximum fleet uptime and the best ownership experience.”

These applications allow Embraer customers to perform real-time takeoff and landing calculations from the flight deck, as well as customised weight and balance analysis for each flight, automatically generating load sheets, as well as feeding flight planning systems with the performance in all flight phases, from climb to descent, allowing the operator to perform route optimisations to save both fuel and time.
Currently, Embraer’s Pool Program supports over 60 airlines worldwide, helping carriers reduce spare parts inventory costs, streamline repairs, and ensure operational continuity.
