AFI KLM E&M Appoints Eléonore Tramus as Chief Executive Officer of CRMA Aero Repair
Eléonore Tramus began her career at Safran Aircraft Engines and joined the Air France-KLM Group in 2010. Since then, she has held several leadership roles across the Group’s airline and MRO activities. Within Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, as Director Engines Product Network and Development, she worked in engine repair development and product strategy, including projects with CRMA. She later held strategic, commercial and operational roles across Air France-KLM’s airline activities such as Asia MEGI network planning Director. Her last role was General Manager East Mediterranean region (Italy, Greece, Turkey and Israel) based in Rome.
Drawing on this experience, she will work with CRMA’s teams to support the company’s continued development and expansion. The focus will be on further industrializing repair solutions, particularly for LEAP engine parts, and expanding CRMA’s capabilities in line with customer needs. This will support AFI KLM E&M’s broader strategy of helping customers reduce engine maintenance costs through a repair-rather-than-replace approach.
Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) has appointed Eléonore Tramus as Chief Executive Officer of CRMA Aero Repair, effective immediately. CRMA is one of AFI KLM E&M’s Centers of Excellence for engine component repair.
Eléonore Tramus, Chief Executive Officer of CRMA Aero Repair, said: “Having worked with CRMA’s teams in previous roles, I look forward to working with them in this new role. Our focus will be on continuing to industrialize highly innovative repair solutions, expanding our capabilities, and improving our processes. By repairing more parts rather than replacing them, we provide practical solutions that help customers reduce their engine maintenance costs.”
