The airline’s inaugural flight from Noida Airport took place on June 16, 2026. The first service departed from Navi Mumbai International Airport at 7:25 am and arrived at Noida at 9:35 am. The airline believes that the new airport will provide easier access for passengers from Uttar Pradesh and nearby regions who previously had to travel long distances to catch flights from Delhi. Airport officials also welcomed the airline’s entry. Christoph Schnellmann said that Akasa Air’s presence at the airport would help expand travel opportunities and provide passengers with greater choice and convenience.
