FARNBOROUGH, England – 22 July 2026 – FlyOne Armenia, the largest airline in Armenia, signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with CFM International for four LEAP-1A engines to power two Airbus A321neo. The aircraft order was announced in May during the state visit of French President Emmanuel Macron in Yerevan.

Based at Zvartnots International Airport, the airline already operates four A320ceo aircraft powered by CFM56-5B engines.

Established in 2021, FlyOne Armenia has quickly become one of the leading airlines in the Republic of Armenia. The airline operates scheduled and charter flights to more than 26 destinations across Europe.

With more than 10,000 engines delivered to date, CFM LEAP engines have experienced the fastest ramp in commercial aviation history. CFM continues to upgrade the LEAP fleet with a high-pressure turbine (HPT) durability kit to extend time on wing and a reverse bleed system (RBS) to lower airline maintenance burden. The company is focused on delivering high engine availability through exceptional MRO performance and competitive cost of ownership, with the benefits of aftermarket competition through its open MRO ecosystem.
