TWG Tea Opens New Luxury Flagship Store at Singapore Changi Airport

TWG Tea has opened its largest global flagship store, TWG Tea Gallery, at Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 3. The new store marks a major step in the luxury tea brand’s international expansion and strengthens its presence in the travel retail market.
Covering 2,700 square feet, the store features a 23-foot-high ceiling and is designed to give travellers a closer look at the world of premium tea. Located at one of the busiest international aviation hubs, the outlet welcomes visitors around the clock.
One of the main attractions is the TWG Tea Museum, which displays more than 170 antique tea wares and over 50 antique Russian samovars. The collection includes pieces dating from the 17th to the 20th centuries. TWG Tea has gathered these items from around the world over the past 15 years.
The new flagship also offers several exclusive products. Visitors can find Grand Voyage Tea from the Grand Mode Tea Collection, the Singapore Surprise Gift Set, and tea-infused macarons, ice cream and sorbet.
The store brings together a tea boutique, accessories, gift selections and takeaway options. It also introduces a tea-infused ice cream and sorbet concept, giving travellers a quick way to enjoy tea-inspired treats before boarding their flights.
Another key feature is a display wall holding more than 1,200 tea tins, showcasing the brand’s wide selection of teas. The layout combines product displays, gift shopping and food offerings in one location.
The opening reflects TWG Tea’s growing focus on airport retail, where international travellers can discover its products while passing through major transport hubs. Singapore Changi Airport provides the brand with access to visitors from across the world.
With its museum collection, exclusive products and dedicated takeaway offerings, TWG Tea Gallery adds a new luxury retail destination to Terminal 3. The store also gives the brand a larger platform to introduce its tea collections to an international audience.
