Hical Technologies Strengthens Aerospace and Defence Manufacturing Capacity with Devanahalli Facility Launch

Hical Technologies, a Bengaluru-based precision electromechanical manufacturer for global aerospace and defence platforms, today announced the launch of its new aerospace manufacturing facility in Devanahalli, Bengaluru.
The 60,000-square-foot facility will house partnerships and dedicated lines for complex Electromagnetics, Electromechanical, Hydraulic and Control Systems for commercial aircraft and Rafale programmes. It will also feature an experience centre to showcase Hical’s other facilities. The expansion is part of Hical’s broader strategy to build the scale, capability and manufacturing depth required to support increasingly sophisticated aerospace and defence programmes.
Yashas Jaiveer, Managing Director, Hical Technologies, said, “The launch of our Devanahalli facility strengthens the manufacturing depth needed to support complex aerospace and defence programmes from India. It will help us serve global customers with greater scale while maintaining the precision, reliability and process discipline these programmes demand.”

The Devanahalli facility complements Hical’s 160,000-square-foot aerospace-qualified facility under development in Hosur, where groundbreaking was completed in July 2026. Designed for precision machining, fabrication and special processes, the Hosur site is on track for NADCAP qualification. Together, the facilities will expand Hical’s programme-linked manufacturing capabilities, with a focus on quality, traceability and process discipline.
With the Devanahalli and Hosur facilities, Hical is positioning itself to play a larger role in India’s expanding aerospace and defence manufacturing ecosystem while serving the evolving requirements of global programmes.
