FLY91 has announced the addition of Rajahmundry, Vijayawada and Hubballi to its network, along with five new sectors, as the Goa-headquartered regional airline expands its operations across southern and south-central India. Services will be introduced in phases between April 10 and April 17, 2026.

The expansion includes double daily flights on the Hyderabad–Rajahmundry and Hyderabad–Vijayawada routes, daily services on the Hyderabad–Hubballi and Hubballi–Bengaluru routes, and five weekly flights between Hyderabad and Solapur. The airline will also increase frequency on the Goa–Solapur sector to six flights per week.

With these additions, FLY91 will introduce close to 30,000 additional seats per month across its network, reflecting both new routes and higher frequencies. Bookings are open through the airline’s website and travel distribution partners.

The new destinations extend FLY91’s presence to 12 cities. Prior to this announcement, the airline’s network included Goa (Manohar International Airport, Mopa), Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Solapur, Jalgaon, Sindhudurg, Kochi and Agatti.

Commenting on the expansion, Manoj Chacko, Managing Director and CEO of FLY91, said: “Tier-2 and tier-3 cities are emerging as powerful drivers of India’s economic growth, entrepreneurship, and domestic travel demand. Our expansion is aligned with this momentum and our vision of ‘Connecting Bharat’. We are delighted to expand our network to 12 cities with the addition of Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, and Hubballi.”

FLY91 also announced the introduction of Smartbag91, a pre-book excess baggage offering designed for international connecting passengers.

The product allows customers to purchase additional baggage allowance in advance, aligned with global airline practices, without additional documentation requirements.

“Smartbag91 has been designed for international connecting travellers, offering pre-booked excess baggage aligned with global airline norms—without the hassle of cumbersome documentation. With strong connectivity to international hubs like Hyderabad and Bengaluru, customers can access this at highly attractive rates, making their journey simpler and more seamless,” Chacko added.

The airline said the expansion reinforces its focus on improving connectivity across tier-2 and tier-3 cities while maintaining a disciplined approach to growth. The addition of Rajahmundry, Vijayawada and Hubballi is expected to improve access to key commercial, industrial and educational centres.

Earlier this year, FLY91 commenced daily operations on the Kochi–Agatti route, enhancing connectivity to Lakshadweep. The airline is also set to add Indore, Nanded and Mangalore in the coming weeks.
