Delhi Airport News: US Traveller Compares Delhi and Bengaluru Airports in Viral Video
Delhi Airport News
A video by an American traveller comparing airports in India has gone viral on social media. He praised Bengaluru airport but said Delhi airport is a place he would rather avoid.
Damon Zumbroegel is an architect, traveller and digital creator from California. He shared a video from Bengaluru airport as he prepared to fly to Gujarat.
In the video, Zumbroegel referred to an earlier video in which he had criticised his experience at Delhi airport. He stood by his opinion and said that Delhi remained firmly on his list of places to avoid. At the same time, he pointed to other airports in India that he had enjoyed visiting, and Bengaluru earned his praise. His time at airports across the country had left him with very different impressions.
The post gained attention online, and Delhi airport responded to it. The report does not share the full details of the airport’s reply. Social media users also joined the discussion and shared their own views on what he had said.
Posts like this often divide people. Some users may agree with a foreign traveller’s views if they have had similar experiences. Others may feel the comparison is unfair, as an airport experience can change from one trip to another. One person’s visit can depend on the time of travel, crowd levels and the terminal used.
Many international tourists first meet India at an airport, so their first impression often shapes how they see the country. Airports compete to offer smooth, clean and friendly service, and feedback from travellers can help them spot gaps. When a viral video gets noticed, airport operators often take it as a chance to explain their side or improve services.
This video is one traveller’s personal opinion, and it does not describe every passenger’s experience at either airport. Travellers should check recent reviews and official updates before planning their trips.
