Delhi Airport News: IRHPL Relaunches Toycraft Store at IGI Airport T2

Delhi Airport News
IRHPL has relaunched its Toycraft store at Terminal 2 of Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. The new store has a larger space and follows an experiential retail format designed especially for children, families and young travellers.
The relaunched Toycraft store offers a wide range of products for children from newborns to teenagers and beyond. Its collection includes toys, games, stationery, décor items, gifts and travel-friendly products. The store also features brands such as Hamster London, giving airport passengers several options for gifts and entertainment during their journey.
One of the main features of the redesigned Toycraft store is its focus on interactive experiences. Instead of being only a place to buy toys, the store has been designed to encourage children and passengers to spend time exploring the space.
The store has two major interactive installations. One is a live, playable piano placed near the entrance. Children and other passengers can use the piano and interact with it. The installation is also expected to attract the attention of passengers passing through the terminal.
The second major attraction is a rotating solar system model. The planets in the model move around a central point, creating an educational and visual experience for children. The installation combines learning with entertainment and gives young travellers something interesting to explore while visiting the store.
According to Naresh Sharma, CEO of IRHPL, the Toycraft store has been positioned along the passenger flow at Terminal 2. The location is intended to serve families, children and grandparents travelling through the airport.
Terminal 2 is one of Delhi’s major domestic departure terminals and sees a large number of passengers every day. Many families travel through the terminal, making it an important location for a children’s retail store.
The products at Toycraft have also been organised according to the needs of airport shoppers. Customers can find age-based categories as well as products suitable for gifting, travel activities and last-minute purchases.
Toycraft is part of IRHPL’s portfolio of retail concepts at the airport. The company also operates other specialised stores at Terminal 2, including La Mourde Choc, a premium confectionery outlet, and Lumière, a luxury eyewear store.
With the relaunch of Toycraft, IRHPL is expanding its focus on experiential airport retail. The company is using interactive displays and specialised product categories to create a shopping experience that goes beyond traditional airport shopping.
The relaunched Toycraft store is now operational at Terminal 2 Departures of Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. The new format is expected to provide families and young passengers with a more engaging shopping and entertainment experience while travelling through the airport.
