Daher Aircraft Ranked No. 1 in Pro Pilot Support Survey for Sixth Year

Daher Aircraft has once again been ranked No. 1 in the turboprop-powered aircraft category of Professional Pilot (Pro Pilot) magazine’s annual Product Support Survey – marking the sixth consecutive year it has earned this assessment’s top position.
The 2026 survey results reflect feedback from more than 100 owners and operators of Daher Aircraft’s TBM and Kodiak airplane families who participated in the poll, assessing the company in seven key areas of product support as defined by Pro Pilot.
Daher Aircraft achieved the highest rating in every category for turboprop-powered airplanes, with an overall score of 9.02 – marking a further improvement of 0.31 points from its 8.71 score in 2025.
The survey’s ranking reflects Daher Aircraft’s investment in customer support “This sixth consecutive No. 1 ranking is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the owners and operators who rely on our aircraft and the support organization every day,” said Daher Aircraft CEO Nicolas Chabbert. “Their continued confidence demonstrates that the investments we make in people, expertise and support capabilities are delivering what really matters: keeping customers flying.”
The most significant improvement in Daher Aircraft’s sweep of the product support categories was in service during AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, where the company increased its score from 8.75 in 2025 to 9.35 in 2026 – a gain of 0.60 points.
“The most important measure of our support is how quickly and effectively we respond when a customer needs us most,” said Raphaël Maitre, Vice President of Customer Support. “The continued confidence of our customers reflects the commitment of our teams and authorized Network partners to provide the expertise, parts and responsive assistance that keep TBM and Kodiak operators flying safely and efficiently.”
Daher Aircraft was ranked first in all seven categories evaluated by Pro Pilot: Company response time; Spares availability; Cost of parts; Speed in AOG (Aircraft on Ground) service; Technical manuals; Technical representatives; and Service satisfaction.
The Pro Pilot survey marked its 36th year in 2026 and is considered a benchmark in the general and business aviation sectors for assessing customer support provided by aircraft manufacturers and system providers. This latest evaluation was the fourth time that both the TBM and Kodiak airplane families were included in the survey. Daher acquired the utility and multi-mission Kodiak product line in 2019, complementing its fast and efficient TBM family – which has been in service since 1990.
A global Network supporting TBM and Kodiak operators, as well as legacy aircraft
Daher Aircraft’s worldwide support Network provides around-the-clock assistance to customers operating both the TBM and Kodiak, as well as legacy airplanes produced by its predecessor companies – including the TB and Rallye families. Overall, this represents a fleet of approximately 3,000 business aviation, general aviation and training aircraft.
Today, the Daher Aircraft support Network comprises 73 service centers authorized for the TBM and Kodiak, consisting of four Daher-owned facilities and the locations operated by Network partners. Daher Aircraft continues to expand and strengthen this support infrastructure as the number of TBMs and Kodiaks in service increases, with additional resources in the U.S., Brazil and Asia announced during 2026.
The Pro Pilot survey results are reinforced by customer feedback
Comments published in the 2026 Pro Pilot survey provide context behind the Daher Aircraft top rating’s numerical results.
Among the comments from TBM operators were: “Daher’s product support is hands down the best in the industry.” Another operator highlighted the company’s consistency over many years: “We’ve operated the Daher TBM 850/TBM 930, and now the TBM 960 exclusively, for the past 17 years… We’ve had zero parts or service availability issues. Daher always goes above and beyond!”
Feedback from Kodiak operators was equally positive. One operator commented: “Service personnel are very responsive…it’s easy to get questions answered.”
