Emirates, Dubai Airports and JCDecaux Launch VIP Digital Media Gateway at DXB

Emirates, Dubai Airports and JCDecaux have launched a new premium digital advertising platform at Dubai International Airport (DXB), targeting First and Business Class passengers arriving at Terminal 3. The initiative aims to provide luxury brands with greater visibility among affluent international travellers as they prepare to leave the airport.
Named the VIP Arrivals Digital Gate, the installation is located within the dedicated Emirates Chauffeur Service area in Terminal 3 arrivals. The platform creates a new advertising opportunity at a key point in the passenger journey, connecting premium brands with travellers before they continue to their final destinations.
The installation features two large landscape screens, each measuring 12 square metres, alongside two double-sided digital columns measuring 4.8 square metres each. Together, the displays provide six digital advertising faces in a setting designed to deliver high visibility without overcrowding the passenger environment.
The new platform is intended primarily for luxury and premium brands seeking to reach Emirates’ First and Business Class customers. Its location within the chauffeur service area offers advertisers access to a specific audience during the transition from airport arrivals to ground transportation.
The initiative builds on the strategic partnership between Emirates, Dubai Airports and JCDecaux Dicon, combining the airline’s premium passenger services, airport infrastructure and digital out-of-home advertising expertise.
Boutros Boutros, Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand at Emirates Group, said the installation adds a new digital dimension to the airline’s dedicated chauffeur service area while creating an opportunity for selected brands to connect with its premium customers.
Eugene Barry, Chief Commercial Officer at Dubai Airports, said the development supports efforts to improve the arrivals environment and reinforces DXB’s position in luxury travel and innovation.
Martin Sabbagh, CEO of JCDecaux Middle East & Africa, said the platform combines an exclusive location, an affluent audience and digital advertising formats to help brands deliver memorable campaigns.
